I am having trouble accessing my account, what do I do?
Visit TETRA and use the “Forgotten username or password” option. You can find your account using the username provided in your signup email or your email address. It will send you an email with your login credentials. If you are not seeing an email please check your Spam folder for emails firstname.lastname@example.org and add that address to your Safe Senders list. Here are some links for how to do this for Gmail and Outlook.
Is there an app for my phone?
The moodle app is our place holder for the time being while we develop our own. It can be used for clients to access and work through the course.
Can I use my phone for Digital EPIC?
As of now you can access the course from your smartphones browser, but functionality isn't perfect, so we are currently in the process of building an app that users can use that will have the same functionality as if you are accessing from a computer.
Can others see my answers?
The system saves their answers and grades them. For the intake, these are saved to compare to the outtake and track the success of the program. Other clients/participants cannot view others' responses.
What can the facilitator/practitioners see?
The facilitators/practitioners will get a weekly report with just the course progress and overall grade with no specifics.
Why are the answers saved and “graded” if there are not actual grades?
For the actual course the only reason answers are saved is to make sure participants are actually writing something and not just jamming on the keyboard as well as for their own review.
I Can’t move onto my next module, what do I do?
